What is the purpose of these Concierge appointments?
We understand that making decisions regarding what items you will need to purchase for your baby can be overwhelming. There is a ton of information out there and it can be difficult to know what to do. We want to help! These appointments will allow you to ask questions that you have with regards to your specific circumstances and lifestyle and we can provide you with recommendations. Plus, doing a video call allows you to view the products up close and personally from the comfort of your own home!
How are these virtual Concierge appointments done
Our Store Advisors are using Microsoft Teams to conduct all virtual appointments. These can be done as a phone call OR video call. If you prefer, you can leave your telephone number in the "notes" section for our team to call you directly during your appointment.
Do I need the Teams app to accept my virtual appointment?
No, you do not need to download the Teams app in order to accept your virtual appointment. All you will need is an internet connection and you will be good to go! When selecting "JOIN" it will connect you automatically through the Teams web browse.
What if I can't get Teams, my audio or video camera to work?
First, ensure that your mic / camera are both on and unmuted. If that does not solve the problem and you cannot connect, simply contact the store location you have the appointment with and you can speak to them by phone.
Can I request a Store Advisor I'm familiar with?
The beauty of the Concierge Appointments being done virtually, is that you may speak with staff from any location you wish simply by selecting it from the dropdown menu! However, we cannot guarantee that a specific Store Advisor will be available for your appointment.
If I have more questions after speaking to a Store Advisor, can I book a follow-up appointment?
Yes! Our Store Advisors will try to book you in for the next appointment, if available. If not, you can simply go to the scheduling appointment tool and select another available date and time.
Do I need to have any knowledge of the products prior to booking an appointment?
No, that's what we are here for! It would be helpful if you had an idea of what you would like some information on, but you don't need to have prior knowledge when booking an appointment with us.
How long will my Concierge Appointment be scheduled for – what if I need more time?
You will be able to book a 30 minute appointment, depending on what type of information you are looking for. Please be mindful of your time during your appointment. If you need more time, you can always book a follow-up appointment for another time!
What if I miss or am unable to make my appointment?
No worries! We understand that life happens! You will be able to book a new appointment the same way you booked your initial appointment.
What type of help can you give me with my Baby Registry?
We would prefer to help you by determining which products should be added to your Registry as opposed to getting the Registry going with you. It is recommended that you have created your Registry Account prior to your Concierge Appointment.
Can I closeout my Baby Registry during a virtual appointment?
Yes! Our Store Advisors will close out your Baby Registry over the phone or video chat and provide you with your 10% off coupon code, eligible gift card value and any additional information you may need while closing out your Baby Registry. Just have your Baby Registry ID and email address ready!
Is this service free?
Yes, there is no service fee for this call.
